- Each service has its own description. Please read carefully before placing an order.
- Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time. Wait for the previous order to be completed before creating a new one.
- All follower growth services may experience drops. Refunds are not provided beyond the guaranteed period.
- No refunds for non-system errors such as rapid drops, delays, or incorrect link submissions. If you cannot accept these terms, please do not place an order.
- Withdrawals are not supported. Unused balance cannot be withdrawn.

- Fansgurus reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice due to cost or market changes.
- Completion times are estimates only. Ongoing orders cannot be refunded or canceled.
2. Frequently Asked Questions
What do different order statuses mean?
- Pending: Order has been created and is waiting to start.
- Processing: Order is being prepared before execution.
- In Progress: Order is currently being executed.
- Completed: Order has been fully delivered.
- Partial: Only part of the order was delivered; the remaining amount is refunded to your account balance.
Why do my purchased followers sometimes drop quickly?
Due to platform updates and detection systems, drops may occur. If the service includes refill guarantee, submit your order ID with “Refill Request” in the support system.
Why has my order not started or is taking too long to start?
- Verify your link is correct and your account meets service requirements (e.g., public visibility or bot access).
- Avoid placing consecutive orders for the same link in the same service.
- If an order is not completed within 2 days, it may be due to queue overload. Submit “Order ID + Cancel Order” in the support system. Expired or partially completed orders will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Why was my order only partially completed?
This usually occurs when the system is overloaded with too many orders. The undelivered part will be refunded to your account.
How can I cancel an order?
- Orders with incorrect links are automatically canceled.
- Orders with correct links may be canceled only if they have not yet started. Once started, they cannot be canceled.
- Please double-check your details before placing an order.
Why was my order canceled by the system?
- Duplicate orders for the same link in the same service may be canceled.
- If there are too many queued orders that cannot be fulfilled quickly, your order may be canceled. You can choose another similar service.
What if my order shows completed but the data is incorrect?
Please submit your order ID with “Data Mismatch” in the support system. We will check and complete the missing part.
Why has my top-up not been credited?
- Normally, top-ups are credited within 5–30 minutes. During high traffic periods, delays may occur.
- For USDT payments, make sure the chain and amount are correct. For all payment methods, the amount must match exactly.
- If funds are not credited after a long time, contact customer support (Telegram: @fansgurus).

How can I request a refill if the button is missing?
If the service includes refill guarantee but no refill button, submit “Refill + Order ID” in the support system. Refill requests will also queue and take time to complete.
How do I top up my account?
Click “Top-Up”, select your payment method, complete the payment, and wait for the balance to appear. We support USDT/USDC auto top-up, Binance Pay, Alipay, PayPal, Perfect Money, etc. For details, visit our Payment Guide or contact support.
What if I sent an amount slightly less than required?
The credited amount must not be lower than the displayed requirement; otherwise, the transaction will fail. Contact support with your top-up screenshot to verify and recover funds (funds sent to wrong addresses cannot be recovered).
