This Policy explains how FansGurus collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal data when you visit our website, create an account, add funds, place an order, use our API, or contact customer support—and how you can manage your information. · Version 3.0 · Effective 31 August 2026 · Last updated 31 August 2026
1. Scope and Data Controller
This Policy applies to the FansGurus website, account system, order services, API, customer support, and any related service that expressly refers to this Policy. FansGurus is the operator responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing the relevant personal data.
Contact details: FansGurus, 6001 Beach Rd, Singapore 199589. Privacy and data-rights requests may be sent to fansgurus@gmail.com.
Third-party websites, social media platforms, and payment providers maintain their own privacy practices. This Policy does not govern their independent processing activities, and we recommend reviewing their privacy policies.
2. Personal Data We Process
We follow principles of necessity, proportionality, and transparency. The data we process depends on the features you use; listing a category below does not mean that we collect it when it is not relevant to your use of the Services.

| Support and API data | Email or support communications, request contents, API call records, and error information | Responding to enquiries, technical support, and security auditing |
We do not ask for your social media account passwords. Full payment-card numbers, card security codes, and online-banking credentials are handled by third-party payment providers and are not stored directly by FansGurus. We may, however, retain transaction metadata required to complete, reconcile, or refund a transaction.
3. Sources of Data
- Information you provide directly when registering, placing an order, adding funds, or contacting support;
- Information generated automatically by your device and our systems when you use the website or API;
- Transaction status, references, and necessary risk information returned by payment providers; and
- Information obtained from a public social media page or target URL you submit when required to provide the requested service.
Please submit only links and information you are authorised to use. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information in order notes or support messages.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process data to create and maintain accounts; accept, fulfil, and manage orders; administer account funding and balances; provide after-sales service and customer support; secure the platform and API; prevent fraud and misuse; analyse and improve the Services; send essential service notices; resolve disputes; and meet accounting, tax, regulatory, and law-enforcement obligations.
Depending on applicable law, our legal bases may include performing our contract with you, complying with a legal obligation, pursuing legitimate interests in platform security and ordinary business operations, and obtaining your consent for non-essential cookies or specific marketing activities. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies to maintain sign-in sessions, remember language preferences, prevent misuse, and operate website functions. We may also use analytics and customer-communication tools—including Google Analytics, GetSiteControl, and online support components—to understand website performance and provide assistance.
| Type | Purpose | Your controls |
|---|---|---|
| Essential cookies | Sign-in, security, language, session, and core functionality | Disabling them may prevent parts of the Services from working |
| Analytics cookies | Measuring visits, page performance, errors, and conversion events | Where required by law, used with consent and rejectable through cookie settings |
| Support and preference tools | Providing online support and remembering interface preferences | Manage through cookie or browser settings |
You may delete or block cookies through the website’s cookie controls or your browser. We do not treat continued browsing alone as consent to every non-essential cookie.
6. Sharing, Processors, and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We disclose relevant data only where necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to payment providers, cloud hosting and CDN providers, analytics tools, customer-support and email providers, order-fulfilment or technical suppliers, and professional advisers.
We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or regulatory investigation, or where reasonably necessary to protect the lawful rights and safety of users, the public, FansGurus, or our partners. Service providers may process data only for agreed purposes and must apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
7. International Data Transfers
Because FansGurus serves users in multiple countries and regions, data may be processed outside Singapore by our service providers. In accordance with applicable law, we use contractual protections, provider reviews, and security measures intended to ensure an appropriate or comparable level of data protection. Users in applicable jurisdictions may contact us for information about relevant safeguards.
8. Data Retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, maintain accounts and Services, resolve disputes, preserve security, and meet accounting, tax, or other legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the data category, account status, risk, and legal requirements.
- Account data is generally retained while the account remains active and may be retained in restricted form after closure where needed for disputes or legal obligations;
- Order and transaction records are retained as required for fulfilment, reconciliation, refunds, audits, and legal recordkeeping;
- Support records and technical logs are retained as reasonably necessary to resolve issues and investigate security events;
- Cookies remain for the period assigned to their function unless you delete them earlier; and
- When retention is no longer necessary, we delete, anonymise, or otherwise disassociate the data from individuals, unless continued retention is required by law.
9. Data Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, permission management, logging, backups, and provider oversight, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please protect your sign-in credentials and report suspicious activity promptly.
If a data-security incident occurs, we will investigate, contain its effects, and notify relevant authorities and affected individuals where required by applicable law.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to the law applicable where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of personal data; close your account; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; request a copy or portability of data; and lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
You may submit a request through the contact details below. To protect accounts and other users, we may reasonably verify your identity. We may be unable to fulfil a request completely where an exception applies, and will explain the reason where required. Withdrawing processing that is necessary to provide a service may prevent us from continuing to provide that service.
11. Children and Minors
The Services are not intended for anyone below the age at which they may independently enter into a contract or consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. A parent or legal guardian should review and approve use by a minor. If you believe a minor has provided personal data without appropriate authorisation, please contact us so that we can investigate and take suitable action.
12. Policy Updates and Languages
We may update this Policy to reflect business, technical, or legal changes and will show the latest revision date on this page. We will provide notice of material changes through a website notice, account message, email, or another reasonable channel. Where language versions differ, they will be interpreted under applicable law in a manner that best reflects the original intent and, where required, favours the user.
13. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Policy, our data practices, or your data rights, please contact us. To help us handle your request accurately, use “Privacy Request” in the email subject and describe the relevant account and request type. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card information by ordinary email.
